I’ve known the Koslowsky family for almost five years now! I met Mike when I started serving at Athens Church in Production, and now I’ve been in a small group with his daughter Julia for a few years too. They’re an amazing family full of so much love, and it was so fun to photograph them last year before Julia left to study abroad in Oxford! They wanted to capture some great family photos, but with Julia leaving for the semester, we had to schedule them in super quickly. (Don’t ever be afraid to reach out – sometimes I am randomly free on a weekend and can squeeze in a session!) Thankfully, it worked out and these are some of my favorite family photos! Because of the time of year they chose, we had a ton of gorgeous greenery to work with, which I adore. I love that this family prioritized family photos even though their kids are older. It’s so special to have family photos to look back on over the years, and that shouldn’t stop once your kids hit middle school. I also always encourage my families to take individuals and a classic “Mom and Dad” photo, because people never take enough of those!
