If there were a way you could build confidence that shines through in your photos, that’s something you’d be interested in, right?
Shelby is the epitome of confidence. She shows up knowing who she is, why she does the things she does, and believes so wholeheartedly in all of it.
She’s not afraid to wear vibrant colors, and her excitement and joy when others succeed is truly unmatched.
Now I know what you may be thinking… “Cool, it’s easy to photograph someone like that. Of course she looks joyful and confident. But what about me?”
Maybe you’re a little unsure of your new business, not sure if it’s worth investing in quite yet.
Maybe you’re worried about what your family might think.
But can I tell you a little secret?
Investing in yourself breeds confidence.
Shelby didn’t get here overnight. She’s got years of experience in building different businesses, investing in sales skills (which is how we met – shoutout Guide Culture!) and growing both as an individual and a business owner.
But this is exactly where you could be in a year. You could be unrecognizable.
It begins with your mindset.
You know the phrase “fake it till you make it”?
There’s a little truth to it.
When you start showing up as a professional online, people start believing you. You build confidence in yourself.
And a little bonus, your customers start to have more confidence in you too.
Before you know it, you’re in more conversations with ideal customers. Your friends introduce you to new friends by saying, “she runs a business!” And you cannot wait to keep working and building this thing you love.
That’s the dream you hoped for when you started this thing, right?
So let’s get to work.
Do the inner work to fight off the doubts in your head, to remind yourself that you can do this.
Why not you? Why not now?
Investing in yourself breeds confidence.
Take the step.
Capturing Shelby was such a dream. She’s inspiring to be around, and I’m making it a goal for this year to work with more incredible women like her.
Share about your business as the professional you are. It makes a difference, and you and I both know people are better off because of what you have to offer.
